BNG Hospitality Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an IT Executive to support daily IT operations across our office and outlet locations in a fast-paced F&B environment. You will handle IT asset management, POS support, account provisioning, and outlet IT tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, coordinating with teams, and ensuring security and reliability of software subscriptions, vendor relations, and day-to-day IT services.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with POS systems, printers, routers, or retail/F&B systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and respond efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between outlets when required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets across office and outlets.
• Create and manage user accounts and emails for joiners and leavers.
• Provide first-level IT support for POS, printers, and network issues at outlets.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, purchases, and service follow-ups.
• Monitor software licenses and manage subscriptions.
• Maintain IT documentation and support logs.
• Assist in setup of IT equipment for new outlets.
• Support day-to-day outlet system operations.
