WINE TRADE ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive POS & IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain POS systems across HQ and outlets, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and coordinating system updates and integrations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience in POS system support, retail or F&B tech, or IT helpdesk is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS software, hardware peripherals, and basic troubleshooting procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain POS systems across HQ and outlets.
• Provide first-line and second-line technical support for POS hardware/software.
• Coordinate POS software upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
