The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, have strong client relationships, and demonstrate a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role is full-time and on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, F&B, or events.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase outdoor catering revenue
• Identify and secure new corporate and private catering clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate accounts, and partners
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized catering packages
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and food-related events to promote the brand
