Job summary

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel & F&B Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various sales prospecting channels.
• Respond promptly to telephone and online catering enquiries.
• Assist clients with menu selection and prepare catering proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and rapport.
• Proactively brainstorm and propose ideas to enhance catering services and customer experience.
• Manage the sales and profitability of catering event orders and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Food Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of events.
• Prepare event orders in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain catering and conference files according to procedures and company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel & F&B Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent qualifications or relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the F&B, catering, hospitality, or a related industry is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working at our office located in the West region of Singapore.
