Job summary

RASA FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outdoor Catering Sales Manager in Singapore to drive revenue through corporate, private, and event sales. You will build client relationships and lead proposals, while coordinating with operations to ensure flawless events.

The role requires a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, marketing or related field and 3–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, F&B, or events. Strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, F&B, or events.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase outdoor catering revenue.
• Identify and secure new corporate and private catering clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate accounts, and partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized catering packages.
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and food-related events to promote the brand.
