COMPASS Financial Technologies in Singapore is seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales/Business Development Executive to drive adoption of our ERP/ business management software among SMEs and renovation stakeholders.
You will conduct field visits, meet owners and decision-makers, present solutions, and build a strong sales pipeline with clear targets and KPIs. This role rewards performance with commissions and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with outdoor sales, prospecting and cold visits.
- Proactive, resilient and results-oriented.
- Strong desire to achieve and earn more through sales performance.
- Confident in approaching and communicating with business owners.
- Able to plan daily sales activities and routes.
- Previous outdoor/B2B sales experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales visits and cold visits to prospective customers.
- Identify and approach business owners and key decision-makers.
- Introduce and sell our ERP / business management software.
- Invite renovation and interior design companies to join our industry platform.
- Follow up prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Arrange product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Plan daily sales routes, appointments and follow-up activities.
- Maintain good relationships with prospects and customers.
- Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs.
