Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking an operations leader to oversee the Outbound Sort and Outbound Dispatch processes, ensuring efficient execution and SLA adherence.

You will drive manpower optimization, coach the team, monitor daily performance reports, and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve productivity, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence. The role also requires reporting data and improvements to management and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Outbound Sort and Outbound Dispatch processes to ensure efficiency.
• Handle backlog chasing and manage workflows to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Work with both internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels.
• Optimize manpower from the planning team to align with cycle times and hourly volume.
• Continuously improve staff KPIs on productivity, accuracy, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as a leader for the operational team, using daily performance reports to monitor and manage staff effectively.
• Coach and advise team members to foster their development and enhance team performance.
• Drive a culture of excellence and maintain high operational standards.
• Report a summary of data, operational concerns, and improvement procedures to management and other relevant parties.
• Demonstrate a history of excellence in team development and performance management.
