Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking an experienced FM leader to drive long-term operational strategies, set realistic goals with management, and lead end-to-end improvement projects. You will oversee Pickup Fleet and Hub Operations performance, develop cross-hub coordination, and partner with the OpX team on continuous improvement initiatives.

As the escalation point, you will ensure resolution and compliance while managing teams toward shared goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities management and operations improvement initiatives.

• Proven ability to escalate and resolve complex operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term operational strategies and set goals with management.
• Lead end-to-end FM improvement projects with timely delivery, budget control and quality standards.
• Oversee Pickup Fleet and Hub Operations performance for efficiency, SLAs and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop cross-hub synergy strategies to enhance coordination and responsiveness.
• Partner with the OpX team to implement continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
• Act as the key escalation point for project and operational issues with effective resolution and compliance.
• People management to deliver results towards shared goals.
