The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations, with team leadership skills as an added advantage. Candidates must be proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience as a lead or Person-in-Charge (PIC) is an added advantage.
• Proactive and hands-on approach in guiding warehouse assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead in overseeing daily outbound processes.
• Ensure outbound productivity targets and KPIs are met.
• Oversee the schedule and attendance of the outbound department.
• Ensure the outbound process is efficient and timely.
• Process goods immediately upon arrival.
• Provide performance reports to the Team Lead.
• Guide and mentor warehouse assistants.
