Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years in project management, operations, or strategy.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or automation projects is a plus.
• Strong data skills and ability to turn insights into actions.
• Ability to present findings persuasively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Transform Returns & Refund Operations: analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes for high-volume returns.
• Launch Warehouse Automation: lead initial phases including assessment, vendor selection, PoC design, and planning.
• Lead High-Impact Projects: drive operational improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: gather and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and quantify opportunities.
• KPI & Incentive Design: build metrics and incentives aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with warehouse ops, logistics, tech, and regional teams.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: manage projects from concept to delivery within scope.
