SMARTCOM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hunter-profile Sales Executive who thrives on prospecting and closing new business across mission-critical communications, RF/DAS, and PoC telecom services.

You will build your own pipeline, open new accounts, and convert cold and warm leads into long-term customers while representing Smartcom at trade shows and client visits. We offer base salary plus uncapped commission, CPF contributions, transport allowance, and clear career progression into

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales in hunting/new-business capacity.
• Proven track record of self-generated pipeline and closed new logos.
• Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new prospects across target verticals.
• Generate leads through outbound calling, site visits, referrals, and events.
• Run full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing, negotiation, closing.
• Maintain a self-sourced pipeline with forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Present Smartcom's PoC solutions to decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Hand over won accounts to account management and support upsell opportunities.
