Job summary

RightKey Partners is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to develop new business across maritime satellite communications, connectivity subscriptions and airtime solutions. This hunter-focused role targets shipowners and managers, with emphasis on building relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.

Location is Pandan Loop, Singapore. Prior satellite experience is not essential; strong maritime market access and a proactive sales mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Existing experience or connections within the maritime industry.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, open new accounts and generate business independently.
• Confidence engaging shipowners, ship managers and senior decision-makers.
• Willingness to learn maritime satellite communications and connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime sector.
• Build relationships with shipowners, ship managers and relevant decision-makers.
• Understand customer connectivity requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue and profitability objectives.
• Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals and customer presentations.
• Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Work with Product and Technical Managers to develop suitable customer solutions.
• Maintain an active pipeline and deliver against agreed sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and network-support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support.
• Maintain existing customer relationships while generating new business.
• Represent the organisation at customer meetings and relevant industry events.
