Singapore Public Service is seeking an Assistant Manager, Outbound Services to drive process improvement and digital enablement for administrative aspects of student overseas programmes. You will review workflows, translate needs into system requirements, coordinate enhancements to the SP Overseas Programme module, and support implementation and user adoption.

Collaboration with Academic Schools, Departments and stakeholders is essential to ensure efficient, accurate, user-centered and compliant

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, digital transformation, process improvement or related roles.
• Strong process-mapping and business-analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, system enhancements and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Review and redesign end-to-end overseas programme workflows to reduce pain points and gaps; introduce automation and self-service options.
• Translate operational needs into functional requirements; coordinate system enhancements with IT and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Maintain operational documentation; monitor compliance; train users and support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Improve data quality and develop dashboards and reports for operational monitoring and management decision-making.
• Oversee overseas programme processes like trip submissions, insurance, funding, procurement, stakeholder inquiries and exceptions.
