Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic (SP) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Outbound Services to lead process improvements and digital enablement for the SP Overseas Programme administration. You will review end-to-end workflows, translate needs into system requirements, coordinate enhancements to the SP Overseas Programme system module, validate data, and support adoption.

You will work with Academic Schools and stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, user-centred and compliant processes.

Qualifications

Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, digital transformation or project management.

Responsibilities

Review and redesign end-to-end overseas programme workflows to address pain points and control gaps.
Translate operational needs into functional requirements and oversee testing and implementation.
Maintain operational documentation, monitor compliance, and train users.
Develop dashboards and reports to support monitoring and decision-making.
Oversee processes including trip submissions, insurance, funding, procurement and inquiries.
