Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic International in Singapore invites an Assistant Manager, Outbound Services to drive process improvement and digital enablement for the administration of student overseas programmes. You will review workflows, translate needs into system requirements, and coordinate enhancements to the SP Overseas Programme system module and related platforms.

Working with Academic Schools, Departments and stakeholders, you will oversee outbound processes to ensure they are efficient,

Qualifications

Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Professional certifications would be advantageous.
2–4 years of experience in business analysis and systems implementation.

Responsibilities

Review and redesign overseas programme workflows to eliminate pain points and gaps.
Translate needs into functional requirements; coordinate system enhancements and UAT.
Maintain documentation, monitor compliance, and train users on new processes.
Improve data quality and develop dashboards for monitoring and decisions.
Oversee processes including trip submissions, insurance, funding, procurement, inquiries.
