Job summary

ITE Institute of Technical Education in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Deputy Manager for the Student Development (SDV) department to plan, facilitate and execute student engagement and development programmes, including local and overseas learning experiences, fostering holistic student growth.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful programmes, manage logistics and budgeting, and drive digitalisation through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in student development, youth engagement or programme/event management.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging and developing youth.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management across departments and external partners.
• Attention to detail with budgeting, forecasting and cost projections.
• Willingness to lead overseas exposure trips and diverse portfolios.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate and execute student engagement and development programmes, including local and overseas learning experiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful programmes.
• Manage logistics, communications and stakeholder coordination for events and activities.
• Handle procurement, grants reporting and budgeting for programmes and activities.
• Drive systems and process improvements, including automation to support digitalisation needs.
• Serve as trip leader for overseas trips and oversee planning and coordination with vendors.
