Job summary

Chubb External is seeking an Account Development Executive to drive outbound telemarketing efforts for General Insurance products to both existing and prospective customers. You will focus on delivering sales targets and KPI adherence, while identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and ensuring regulatory and QA compliance.

Training will be provided to equip you with product knowledge and proper call handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign KPIs including sales targets, call quality and operational standards.
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities.
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards.
• Update customer information in the database.
