Job summary

Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited is seeking an Account Development Executive to connect customers with suitable insurance products via outbound telemarketing. You will work toward sales targets, maintain call quality, and promote General Insurance to both existing and new customers.

Requirements include O-Level/SPM, English proficiency, and resilience in handling objections. Prior telemarketing or sales experience is preferred, with an insurance certificate considered an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and meet KPIs including call quality and standards.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote General Insurance products to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and convert leads to sales.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and QA standards during calls.
• Update customer information in the database.
