Job summary

Chubb Singapore is seeking an Account Development Executive to connect customers with suitable insurance products via outbound telemarketing. You will drive campaigns, maintain data quality, and meet performance KPIs.

You will execute telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, identify cross-sell opportunities, convert leads to sales, and ensure compliance with regulations and QA standards. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Update customer information in the database
