You will assist in planning and delivering engagement, wellbeing and culture-building activities, working with senior management and stakeholders to drive key priorities.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• Experience in organisation development, employee engagement, communications, events management or related fields is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate organisation-wide employee engagement initiatives, including townhalls and engagement sessions.
• Support the development and implementation of employee wellbeing and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the EVP and staff communications.
• Assist in administering employee engagement surveys and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Develop communication materials and engagement resources to support OD priorities.
