Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest in business administration and organisational development or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a support role; public agencies experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with colleagues across levels.
• Adaptable to new ways of working and rapid adoption of tech resources.
• Resilient, meticulous, organized and independent; capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Preferably solid project management skills and ability to manage several assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist OD&T practitioners in organisational, division, team and individual interventions.
• Manage staff engagement processes, events, briefing sheets and stakeholder invitations.
• Support event management and hosting of officer engagements.
• Develop employee communications campaigns (EDM, posters, videos, posts).
• Track feedback and manage monitoring functions.
• Maintain databases and support dashboard development through data cleaning and testing.
• Finesse presentations or stimulus material for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct research to uncover insights for interventions.
• Brainstorm and develop OD solutions with project leads.
• Source transformation case examples from other organisations (public/private).
• Liaise with external vendors and manage procurement processes.
• Track budget and administrative paperwork to ensure fulfilment.
• Additional support: manage meeting schedules, room bookings and stationery orders.
