Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care seeks an experienced Engagement Lead to partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to translate employee feedback into actionable workforce initiatives. The role focuses on engagement, culture, wellbeing and the Employee Value Proposition, with responsibility for surveys, analytics and stakeholder facilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business, Communications or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in employee engagement, experience design or organisational culture.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to translate feedback into actions.
• Experience designing organisation-wide initiatives to boost engagement, wellbeing and culture.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide Employee Engagement Surveys and follow-up initiatives.
• Analyse employee feedback and workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Design and deliver initiatives to strengthen wellbeing, belonging, appreciation and pride.
• Drive internal communications for employee initiatives and plan town halls/events.
