Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong hands-on Order & Shipping Coordinator who is keen to gain regional exposure across Southeast Asia and China.

This role focuses primarily on order management and logistics follow-up, while providing exposure (not specialization) in areas such as treasury, capital markets, and cross-border finance.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management：

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management.
• Based on the company's business plan, lead the establishment of the overseas warehouse and execute the project implementation plan for the overseas warehouse.
• Evaluate costs at various stages of the supply chain and propose suggestions for cost reduction. Coordinate with other departments (such as sales, production, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow.

Order Management：

• Working closely with sales, production team, shipping team, warehouse and finance to ensure order fulfilled as per customer requirement and resolve any issue which may result in delay of order and overdue orders.
• Liaise with customer/ appointed agent in different countries on shipping instructions/any special requirements for orders such as marking, documentation and product shelf life and ensuring all shipping instructions are aligning with company policies, processes and legal requirements.
• Monitor credit limit for all customers and follow up with customer for payment status of invoices based on payment term (when necessary) to ensure credit release of shipment updated before deadline.
• Regularly evaluate the project execution and propose improvement measures.
