On The Way To Success in Tuas, Singapore is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Administrator to support production logistics and day-to-day shipping activities. You will plan and coordinate schedules, ensure timely closure of work orders, and monitor delivery timetables to meet operational needs.

You will also assist the Shipping team with documentation, inventory records, and provide administrative support to the Order Processing Manager and Director of Operations as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Plan and coordinate daily sawing schedules to support production requirements
• Ensure timely closure of daily production work orders
• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to meet operational needs
• Assist the Shipping team in managing day-to-day logistics activities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Order Processing Manager
• Provide support to the Director of Operations on assigned tasks
• Handle general shipping documentation and administrative duties
• Perform inventory-related processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
