Job summary

ADECCO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contract Operations Specialist to manage purchase and sales orders, liaise with suppliers and contract manufacturers, and ensure SAP updates are accurate for timely deliveries.

This 1-year contract (renewable) includes a completion bonus of up to 1 month's salary and a hybrid work arrangement from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years in supply chain or order management.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and sales orders; release, reschedule, and update SAP.
• Check new orders and hub orders daily from CM.
• Coordinate pricing and shipment discrepancy with suppliers and CM.
• Perform order book reconciliation and publish reports to BOX.
• Liaise with freight forwarders for delivery and maintain records.
• Back-up team tasks when others are absent.
• Generate operations and inventory KPI reports.

Job description

1 year contract (Renewable)
With completion bonus of up 1 month's salary
Nearest MRT: Expo
Mon to Fri (Hybrid working arrangement),9am -6pm

• Manage PO and SO: including releasing orders, liaise with Supplier /Contract Manufacturer on order commit/delivery, reschedule/cancellation, rebalancing, shutgate, buyahead and critical parts. All commits and changes needs to be updated in SAP accordingly
• Check the new orders & hub orders & hub pulls transmitted by the Contract Manufacturer daily via a report downloaded from the system or email communication
• Coordinate with GCM/Supplier/Contract Manufacturer in resolving pricing and shipment discrepancy [if any]
• Perform order book reconciliation and send email to Supplier & Contract Manufacturer and post to BOX
• Perform price refresh for purchase order on monthly basis
• Buy/Sell Part number set up in SSA tool and SAP MDT
• Verify & update the sales order sell price in the system before forwarding shipment documents to logistics for processing
• Update the Dates of Supplies in the shipment documents to Logistics for processing
• Liaise with Freight Forwarders to arrange shipment delivery from Suppliers to Customers
• Maintain accurate and auditable records/database/documentation in centralize file
• Reports: Generate and publish all Operations [KPI] and Inventory reports into BOX (List of reports : WMS, Inventory, Uncommit, Handsfree, FBL1, Shutgate, GR/IR mismatch, shipment, DCF, GAP, OTD, OTA, measurement review report, price change report)
• Back-up team members work task during their absence
• Any other tasks requested by manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3years of experience in supply chain, or order management
• Familiar with SAP would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g.,VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
