Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Specialist, Supply Chain Operations to join its busy operations team. You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash and order fulfilment from entry to delivery and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across channels.

The role suits candidates with experience in order management, supply chain, logistics or customer operations, adept at SAP and cross-functional collaboration with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, logistics or customer operations.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and SharePoint will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Meticulous, organised and process-driven with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in SAP through various channels and platforms.
• Review open orders and backlog reports to ensure timely processing and fulfilment.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate cross-company purchasing with factories and suppliers.
• Monitor new and ageing orders and follow up on fulfilment and delivery status.
• Coordinate billing activities and ensure invoices and delivery documentation are issued on time.
• Track open purchase orders and inbound deliveries to support smooth order execution.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance throughout the order-to-delivery process.
• Respond to enquiries from customers and sales teams regarding stock availability and order status.
• Provide timely support through email and phone to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and elevate issues where necessary.
• Support the resolution of customer service and satisfaction concerns.
• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate the return of excess or defective goods and support stock takes and audits.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

About the Role

We are looking for a Specialist, Supply Chain Operations to join a growing operations team. Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash and order fulfilment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from order entry through to delivery and billing.

This role is well suited for candidates with experience in order management, supply chain, logistics or customer operations, particularly those who are comfortable working with SAP and coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Order-to-Cash & Order Fulfilment

• Process customer orders accurately in SAP through various channels and platforms.
• Review open orders and backlog reports to ensure timely processing and fulfilment.

• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Operational Support & Process Improvement

• Coordinate the return of excess or defective goods to factories or suppliers.
• Support annual stock takes, inventory reconciliation and internal/external audits.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring relevant regulatory requirements are fulfilled where applicable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Administration, IT, HR, Regulatory and other teams on operational matters.
• Support process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency projects and KPI reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
