Job summary

PERSOL is hiring for a short-term Order Management specialist to serve as a subject matter expert on OM processes. You will participate in UATs, sign-offs, and help resolve issues raised by Account Management, customers, or team members.

The role requires ensuring PO translations into the Order Entry system within 24 hours and keeping backlogs ship-ready. You will work with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to clear holds and ensure timely invoicing for JIT pulls, while supporting audits

Qualifications

• Proficient in R12 Oracle ERP, International Trade Controls Systems and Shipping systems.
• Fluent with MS365 Office applications, including Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience working in SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance as subject matter expert on Order Management processes.
• Participate in UATs and signoff.
• Address issues arising from Account Management, customers, or team members.
• Ensure accurate translation of POs with company-approved pricing into Order Entry system within 24 hours.
• Keep backlog shippable and free of OM-related holds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Finance to clear holds.
• Ensure timely invoicing for JIT hub customer pulls.
• Respond to queries on order status, shipments and backlog.
• Raise issues to Team Lead/Manager and seek resolution.
• Maintain customer files and correspondence with clear filing.
• Support Audit and SOX with order queries.

Working hours: (Fixed, no rotate required)

Hiring x1 Singapore - 8:30AM to 6PM

Hiring x 1 Europe Region - 2:15 PM to 11:15 PM (or 3:15 PM to 12:15 AM during daylight saving time)

JobDescription:

• Provide guidance and subject matter expert on Order Management processes.

• Participate and assist in UATs and signoff.

• Workissuesarise from Account Management, Customers, or other Team members.

• Ensure accurate translation of POs, with company approved pricing, into Order Entry system within 24 hours

• Ensure existing backlog are always shippable, and free of any OM related holds.

• Work with Sales, Account Management and Finance on any other holds that prevent the backlog from being shippable.

• Ensure JIT hub customer product pulls are invoiced in a timely fashion

• Provide accurate responses to queries regarding order status, shipments and backlogs

• Solve day to day problems independently and raise/report problems to Team Lead / Manager

• Maintain customer filesand correspondences and ensureaccurate and clear filing of documents

• Support and provide documentation for Audit and SOX - Support Customers, Sales and Account Management on all order queries / issues

• Advocate B2B connections with new customers and assist with customer onboarding

• Actively monitorand reportsystemissues and relentlesslyfollow up with IT to resolution

Requirement

• Proficientability to work in R12 Oracle ERP, International Trade Controls Systems,and Shipping systems

• Fluencyin MS365Office applications,includingproficient user ofExcel.
