Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is recruiting for a Supply Chain Order Fulfilment role focused on managing end-to-end order execution. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and planning teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery within a global semiconductor environment.

Hybrid work arrangement and exposure to regional and international supply chain operations are offered, along with structured onboarding and training programs to accelerate professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, or manufacturing support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics coordination and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Experience managing customer orders within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Oracle exposure is advantageous.
• Proficient Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from order creation through delivery execution.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, customer operations, or manufacturing support functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics coordination, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Experience managing customer orders within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to analyse issues, manage priorities, and drive resolutions independently.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems; exposure to Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables and advanced reporting functions.
• Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
