REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a FOM Representative to manage orders from entry to delivery and coordinate with engineering, sales, and factory for proper configuration before PO release.

The role requires 3+ years in order fulfillment within manufacturing, strong English skills, and ability to travel to Malaysia/Japan as needed. Proactive problem solving and process optimisation are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance.
• 3+ years end-to-end order fulfillment experience in manufacturing or operations.
• 2+ years in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Excellent English communication.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar systems and data tools.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, Macros) and Power BI knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to Malaysia and Japan when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute customer orders from entry to on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with product engineering, sales and factory to validate product configuration before PO release.
• Monitor and manage order backlogs and proactively communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Liaise with 3PL providers and freight forwarders for timely shipment and proper documentation.
• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers (PO, shipping docs, damaged goods).
• Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation in compliance with trade rules.
• Act as escalation point for internal teams on fulfillment issues.
• Analyze order fulfillment processes and identify inefficiencies; recommend improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with manufacturing and supply chain objectives.

Salary: S$4,200 - S$6,000

【Responsibilities】

• Manage and execute customer orders accurately and efficiently from order entry to on-time delivery commitment.
• Work with product engineering, sales, and factory to ensure the product configuration for factory order is valid before releasing the factory Purchase Order.
• Monitor and manage order backlogs, proactively communicating delays or issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment, delivery, and proper documentation.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies such as purchase order mismatches, shipping document errors, or damaged goods.
• Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation in compliance with trade and logistics requirements.
• Act as the point of escalation for internal teams to resolve order fulfillment and shipment-related issues.
• Analyze order fulfillment processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that align with manufacturing and supply chain objectives.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end order fulfillment within a manufacturing or operations environment, ideally within Semiconductor and global settings (MNC)
• At least 2 years of proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization, with excellent supplier performance management skills to align with KPI and drive corrective actions
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to resolve expectation gaps and align operational teams across various sites
• Comfortable as an individual contributor
• Good understanding of supply chain and quote-to-cash processes, including logistics and trade compliance.
• Proficient in Oracle or similar systems, and comfortable using data tools to manage information flows.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Willing to travel to Malaysia and Japan when required (minimum travel)
