Michael Page Singapore is seeking a senior supply chain leader to establish and run a regional Network Operations organization. You will design governance, KPIs, and performance systems for end-to-end delivery, while driving service levels and reliability across the network.

You will also oversee outsourced manufacturing, optimize capacity and inventory, and partner with planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering and commercial teams to align priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or outsourced manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build, transform, or scale operational organizations within matrixed, multinational settings.

Job Description

• Establish and develop a high-performing Supply Chain Network Operations organization
• Design and implement operational governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance management systems
• Drive end-to-end customer delivery performance, service levels, and operational reliability
• Lead outsourced manufacturing operations while optimizing supply, capacity, and inventory strategies
• Partner closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to align business priorities
• Develop risk mitigation, contingency planning, and capacity expansion strategies across the supply chain network
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and operational performance

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of leadership experience within supply chain, manufacturing operations, outsourced manufacturing, or related environments
• Proven track record building, transforming, or scaling operational organizations and teams
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations
• Experience managing supply constraints, production ramp-ups, business growth, and capacity expansion initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to translate commercial objectives into operational execution strategies
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational leadership, and change management capabilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, or multinational organizations
• MBA or advanced degree would be advantageous
