Job summary

Applied Materials South East Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a role that acts as the primary interface between customers, account teams, manufacturing operations and product management to manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

You will ensure accurate order execution, delivery commitments, shipment coordination and revenue achievement, coordinating with Operations, Product Line Managers and Engineering on NSRs and configuration changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in semiconductor supply chain, order management, or production planning.
• Customer operations experience within wafer fabrication or similar environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer delivery order fulfillment process from forecast to shipment.
• Coordinate communications of order status and configuration changes between operations and account teams.
• Process NSRs from customers with Product Line Managers or Engineering.
• Translate customer sales orders into device delivery commitments within manufacturing guidelines.
• Communicate status of commitments to customers, including source inspections.
• Initiate lead-time change requests for approvals.
• Prepare CBC to ensure booking requirements are complete.
• Manage customer RMA communications.
• Escalate to management to resolve booking or revenue issues.

About the role

This role serves as the primary interface between customers, account teams, manufacturing operations, and product management to manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment in a high-volume, high-mix semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will ensure accurate order execution, delivery commitments, shipment coordination, and revenue achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer delivery order fulfillment process from forecast, PO, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment in a high volume high mix Fab operations

• Serve as primary interface with Operations Managers and coordinate communications of order shipment status and configuration changes between operations and account teams

• Work with Product Line Managers or Product Managers and Engineering to process Non-standard requests (NSRs) from customers

• Work in cross functional groups to translate customer sales orders into device delivery commitment within manufacturing business guidelines

• Communicate status and maintenance of commitments to customers, including source inspections

• Initiate customer requested inside lead-time change requests for approvals

• Prepare clean booking checklist (CBC) to ensure all booking requirements are complete

• Manage customer RMA communications process

• Escalate to management as needed to resolve booking or revenue issues

About you

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience in semiconductor supply chain, order management, production planning, or customer operations within wafer fabrication or related manufacturing environments

• Customer support technical expertise and experience in Fab semiconductor high volume high mix delivery

• Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others

• Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions

• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus
