Job summary

LEONG HUP FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated sales support staff to assist the sales team and handle enquiries. The role includes processing orders, preparing documents, and coordinating with delivery and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.

You will also handle ad-hoc tasks as directed, contributing to smooth operations and high customer service standards. The position requires basic office software skills and a reliable team player attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O or N Level/ITE with 1 year relevant experience.
• 5 days per week: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• Able to work on Saturdays and Public holidays.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to sales team.
• Respond and process incoming enquiries and orders via Whatsapps, phone, and email.
• Prepare orders, production job cards, invoices, delivery orders and other documents for delivery.
• Close coordination with delivery & production team to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
