Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Order Fulfilment Executive for the Food industry in the North with 5 days of office hours. The role centers on delivering a positive customer experience and supporting end-to-end service delivery.

You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, monitor issues, maintain records, and contribute to service improvements to drive satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in customer service, support, sales support, order management or related functions.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and service requests across channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service enhancements.
• Build strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on customer service activities.
• Support additional administrative or operational duties as required.
