Job summary

Hua Kun Food Industry Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Admin Executive to support day-to-day e-commerce operations and other administrative functions.

The role will manage online orders, coordinate order fulfilment, monitor inventory and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring smooth operations across platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced food distribution environment, with strong Excel skills and the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in administration or e-commerce operations.
• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopee or similar marketplaces.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily e-commerce orders and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with warehouse for picking and packing.
• Update order status and customer information in systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp and email.
• Assist with inventory checks and platform listings.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
