in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Order Fulfilment professional to manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, leveraging SAP to process customer and sample orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will monitor backlogs, coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centres to ensure on-time delivery, handle inquiries and returns, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders while contributing to process improvements and learning opportunities within a conducive

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Order Fulfilment experience; regional exposure preferred.
• Experience in medical devices or FMCG industries is advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process from order receipt to shipment and invoicing.
• Process customer and sample orders accurately in SAP for timely fulfilment.
• Monitor order backlog, shipments, billing and backorders, and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centres to expedite shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints with timely updates on order/shipment status.
• Manage customer returns and repair requests with the relevant Repair Centre.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify process gaps and root causes, contributing to process improvements and integration projects.
• Provide team coverage and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
