Job summary

WE COMPONENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an order processing coordinator in Singapore to handle customers’ orders and ensure timely deliveries. You will key in orders accurately, acknowledge purchase orders, and work with sales and business development to clear overdue orders for delivery and shipment.

You will liaise with customers on delivery dates and any special requirements to ensure accurate order fulfilment and smooth logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customers’ orders with timely deliveries.
• Timely keying in orders and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders.
• Ensure no overdue customer orders; coordinate with sales and BD to clear overdue orders for delivery/shipment.
• Liaise with customers on delivery/shipment dates and any special requirements about customers’ order fulfilment.
