Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Order Fulfilment Specialist to manage the end-to-end O2C process in a global medical technologies company.

You will process orders in SAP, coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centres, and handle inquiries, returns, and repairs to ensure on-time, in-full delivery. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of order fulfilment experience, strong MS Excel skills, and a good understanding of SAP.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Order fulfilment, preferably with APAC exposure.
• Proficient in MS Excel; good working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process from order receipt to invoicing.
• Process customer and sample orders accurately in SAP for timely fulfilment.
• Monitor order backlog, shipments, billing and backorders; follow up on outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centers to expedite shipments.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints with timely updates.
• Manage customer returns and repair requests with the Repair Centre.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve order-related issues and improve service.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvements and integration projects.
