Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Fulfilment Operations Specialist to ensure efficient order processing and supply continuity across APAC markets. You will manage end-to-end fulfilment, monitor orders and collaborate with regional partners to meet service targets.

The role requires a degree in a related discipline, 3+ years in order fulfilment or logistics, and hands-on SAP/ERP and Excel experience. Pharmaceutical or healthcare exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, logistics or customer operations.
• Hands-on experience managing order-to-cash processes and customer order fulfilment activities.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel for reporting.
• Healthcare/pharma or regulated industries experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment activities from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Monitor order status and resolve supply or delivery issues proactively.
• Coordinate with regional affiliates, logistics providers and partners to meet service levels.
• Maintain inventory visibility and identify stock risks.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support decisions.
• Collaborate with supply chain, customer service and commercial teams.
• Support process improvement projects and ad hoc assignments.

Job Description

As the Senior Fulfilment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for e nsuring efficient order processing and supply continuity across APAC markets .

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment activities from order receipt through to delivery and invoicing
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve supply or delivery issues
• Coordinate closely with regional affiliates, logistics providers and external partners to achieve service level targets
• Maintain visibility of inventory positions and identify potential stock risks
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, customer service and commercial stakeholders
• Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects and other ad hoc assignments

The Successful Applicant

• Degree or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
• Minimally 3 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, logistics or customer operations
• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or regulated industries will be advantageous
• Hands-on experience managing order-to-cash processes and customer order fulfilment activities
• Proficiency in SAP , ERP systems or similar order management platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
