Job summary

Align Technology in APAC-Singapore is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support SAP-driven order-to-cash processes, warehouse operations and cross-border logistics across APAC markets. You will coordinate 3PL providers, RMA handling, inbound/outbound shipments and freight performance while driving process improvements and cost savings to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business, Logistics, Material Planning or related field.
• 8+ years in logistics or similar role managing providers.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system and relevant T-code transactions.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
• English fluent; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP OTC and SFDC for inventory control and distribution management.
• Coordinate RMA in collaboration with local markets.
• Manage inbound/outbound demo assets and record movements.
• Process invoices from 3PL and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and domestic distribution.
• Conduct RCA/CAPA for shipping issues and non-conformances.
• Ensure correct documentation (HS codes, COO) and trade compliance.
• Support global/regional projects (Systems rollout, Go-To-Market).
