Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to manage service parts and accessories orders and supply across Asia Pacific.

You will handle day-to-day tasks including order management, supplier communications, shipment documentation, warranty claims, SAP payment processing, and monthly KPI reporting.

Entry-level candidates are welcome with training provided; proficiency in Excel/Access is required and Power BI is a plus; travel to Asia may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Entry level candidates welcome – training provided.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access; Power BI a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Asia if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage service parts and accessories orders and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions.
• Handle distributor inquiries and liaise with forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Handle shipment documentation (Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading) for customs clearance by importers.
• Handle warranty claims, mispacking reports, and logistics quality issues.
• Process SAP payments for supplier and buyer invoices.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports.
