Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, sales, planning and logistics to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

You will monitor pipelines, address risks, and drive continuous improvement across documentation, compliance, and process optimization. Hybrid work and global exposure are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• At least 3 years in order fulfilment or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics coordination and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Experience managing customer orders in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• ERP experience; Oracle exposure is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and reporting.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from order creation through delivery execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and planning teams to ensure order accuracy and product readiness.
• Monitor order pipelines and proactively address fulfilment risks, delays, and exceptions.
• Work closely with logistics providers and freight partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, trade compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Investigate operational issues and drive corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, customer operations, or manufacturing support functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics coordination, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Experience managing customer orders within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to analyse issues, manage priorities, and drive resolutions independently.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems; exposure to Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables and advanced reporting functions.
• Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
