Job summary

PERSOL is recruiting for a 1-year contract Order Management Specialist in Singapore to manage injection orders, key account deliveries, interco orders and ad-hoc B2B deliveries, ensuring timely fulfilment.

You will oversee end-to-end order processes—from pre-orders to call-offs—coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams, maintain the order book, monitor stock and respond to enquiries, while working with Sales, Finance, Operations and Omni to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, supply chain, logistics, sales, customer service or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consumer goods, retail, wholesale or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end order management and customer service processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage injection orders, key account deliveries, interco orders and ad-hoc B2B deliveries.
• Oversee end-to-end order management—pre-orders, re-orders, clearance orders and call-offs.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain and monitor the order book with accurate delivery dates and quantities.
• Handle order cancellations, stock reallocations, and delivery adjustments.
• Monitor inventory, article drops, and shipment tracking for stock availability.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, claims and credit notes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Omni teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support in-season buy consolidation and order creation; provide reports and updates for monthly sales targets.
