Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a motivated Order Management and Customer Service Lead in Singapore (Bugis). You will oversee end-to-end order lifecycle, injections, interco orders and B2B deliveries, while guiding the customer service team to maintain efficient daily operations and strong workflow management.

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations to resolve issues, monitor inventory and order accuracy, and drive improvements to delivery schedules and service levels in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, wholesale or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in supervising a team and managing operational processes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and end-to-end order management processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Macros.
• Experience with SAP, particularly order management, customer master data and billing.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including pre-orders, re-orders, clearance orders and contract order call-offs. Manage injection orders, key account deliveries, intercompany (Interco) orders and ad-hoc B2B deliveries.
• Oversee the customer service team, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective workflow management.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Monitor and maintain the order book, ensuring accuracy of delivery dates, quantities and order information.
• Manage order cancellations, stock reallocations, delivery adjustments and order confirmations.
• Monitor inventory levels, article drops and shipment tracking to ensure stock availability.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, claims and credit notes.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support in-season and injection buy consolidation and order creation.
• Prepare reports and provide operational updates to support business performance and monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and drive customer service excellence in accordance with company standards.
