Job summary

E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Coordinator to join our team. You will perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system and ensure timely processing of orders received via hotline and faxes.

You will communicate urgent delivery details to the delivery team, coordinate with warehouse and principals, and verify information. Training is provided for those with NO experience, and you will support admin tasks and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• N level with 1-2 year of experience.
• ITE/ Diploma with NO Experience is welcome to apply. Training provided.
• Call centre experience preferred OR experience in customer service/customer support role advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes.
• Communicate and follow up on urgent delivery details with the delivery section until completion.
• Provide prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, and sales order.
• Adhere to procedures for processing items with sales restrictions, price approvals, and other principal requirements.
• Coordinate flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery teams regarding order status and delivery arrangements.
• Verify and analyze information; resolve issues on the spot or escalate to the relevant departments.
• Provide timely feedback of problems and issues from customers and principals.
• Train new customer service agents and provide support/buddy system to new employees.
• Provide admin support (filing, data entry, retrieval of documents) and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO procedures.
