Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service & Order Management Executive in Singapore to support customer service, order processing and sales operations for a German MNC in architectural lighting solutions. You will manage orders, liaise with factories, monitor deliveries and maintain pricing accuracy.

You will handle LC documentation, payments follow-up, credit limits, and SAP/CRM updates while coordinating imports/exports and communicating with customers by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Experience processing customer orders and contracts.
• Ability to monitor pricing against quotations and terms.
• Experience handling LC documentation and negotiations.
• Proficiency updating SAP and CRM data.
• Strong coordination with factories and logistics teams.
• Credit control and accounts receivable coordination.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and contracts with pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate with factories on pricing and monitor delivery schedules.
• Follow up on payments, overdue accounts, and credit limits with overseas HQ.
• Handle LC documentation and negotiations per company terms.
• Arrange order releases and shipments with Incoterms and shipping details.
• Issue debit and credit notes when required.
• Update customer and project data in SAP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate import/export and customs documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
