Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service & Order Management Executive in Singapore to support customer service, order processing and sales operations for a German MNC in architectural lighting solutions. You will manage orders, liaise with factories, monitor deliveries and maintain pricing accuracy.

You will handle LC documentation, payments follow-up, credit limits, and SAP/CRM updates while coordinating imports/exports and communicating with customers by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Experience processing customer orders and contracts.
• Ability to monitor pricing against quotations and terms.
• Experience handling LC documentation and negotiations.
• Proficiency updating SAP and CRM data.
• Strong coordination with factories and logistics teams.
• Credit control and accounts receivable coordination.

Customer Service & Order Management Executive

Salary: Up to $3,600/month

Location: Havelock Road (near Havelock MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Join a German MNC specialising in architectural lighting solutions and support customer service, order processing, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and contracts, ensuring pricing accuracy against quotations and agreed terms.
• Coordinate with factories on special pricing and monitor delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Follow up on customer payments, overdue accounts, and credit limits in coordination with the Accounts Receivable team at overseas headquarters.
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and negotiations, ensuring compliance with company terms and conditions.
• Arrange order releases and shipments, verifying shipping instructions, Incoterms, forwarding details, and delivery addresses.
• Issue debit and credit notes when required.
• Support project registration and update customer and project information in SAP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate import/export and customs clearance documentation, including Certificates of Origin and test certificates.
• Handle customer complaints, product returns, and quality-related matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
