Job summary

BGC Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Ops Tech Support Officer to stabilise and improve a case management system in a public-sector setting. You will coordinate with IT teams and business stakeholders, help design and implement operations technology solutions, and support governance and data integrity.

The role involves requirements gathering, UAT, documentation and knowledge transfer to the permanent team. 12-month contract with a monthly salary of SGD 2,760–3,340.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in project coordination or process mapping.
• Comfortable working with IT teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Adaptable and resilient in a changing environment.
• Relevant IT, data analytics, or related-field qualifications.
• N-Level to Degree level candidates may be considered depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage and coordinate incoming system queries, issues and feedback.
• Collaborate with IT staff, project managers and end users to improve system usage.
• Support requirements gathering, UAT, verification and migration activities.
• Review workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with designing, prototyping and implementing operations technology solutions.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides and SOPs.
• Support data governance, data integrity and project tracking.
• Help hand over processes to the permanent team.
