Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd (Outsourcing) is seeking an Ops Tech Support Officer to stabilise and improve a case management system in a public-sector setting. You will manage user queries, coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders, support system enhancements and map processes.

The role involves requirements gathering, UAT, documentation and data governance support, plus designing operations technology solutions to reduce manual work and ensure consistent processes.

Qualifications

• Good communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability with interest in process improvement.
• Experience in project coordination or process mapping.
• Comfortable working with IT teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant IT/Data/Business qualifications are useful; varied levels considered.

Responsibilities

• Triage and coordinate incoming system queries, issues and feedback.
• Work with IT staff, project managers and end users to resolve issues and improve usage.
• Support requirements gathering, UAT, verification and migration activities.
• Review workflows and identify process improvements.
• Assist with designing, prototyping and implementing operations technology solutions.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides and SOPs.
• Support data governance, data integrity and project tracking.
• Hand over processes and knowledge to the permanent team.
