Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Casual Staff / Project Support Officer to assist in data, technology, capability building, and stakeholder engagement.

You will contribute to service operations, system development, and sector support, working with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

A Diploma or Degree is required, with good MS Office skills and an interest in AI and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Experience in social service, youth, family, protection settings, or change management for technology adoption/system development is a plus.
• Good data management skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Keen interest in using technology, AI, and data to improve operations and service delivery.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development of next-generation systems for service delivery with internal teams and partners.
• Assist in piloting technology and AI tools with service providers.
• Study and document operational data workflows; manage data consolidation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for systems-related initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, materials, and follow-up actions for capability development projects.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change management efforts; handle logistics for events.
