Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or other relevant disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional emails.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Good project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates with prior experience in the civil service, public sector, or statutory boards will have an advantage.
• Able to obtain and maintain the required security clearances where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support data incident management and system administration activities.
• Monitor, track, and analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and implement operational best practices.
• Coordinate and support projects, operational initiatives, and process improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, policies, and security requirements.
